Who are we?
IV (4) by the SEA creator: Nurse (RN) Heather Step
Heather is the owner and founder of IV by the SEA.
Prior to opening her own business, Heather was the sole practice RN at an integrated GP practice in Rosebud. This is where she was educated & trained in the health benefits of IV therapies and where her knowledge and passion originated from: Iron Infusions, Vitamin C infusions, Hydration therapy, Vitamin B injections, Myers Cocktails to name a few.
Heather, a registered Nurse for over 30 years, primarily in critical care settings, is accredited in IV Cannulation (performs daily), Basic life support (BLS), and Advanced life support (ALS).
She has completed Health and Wellness Coaching, Cert IV in training and assessment, and previously has been a Nurse manager, Critical Care Educator, teaching and presenting in Interventional Cardiology.
Heather volunteers as a medical trainer with Mornington Women's Division 1 & Division 2/3 sides, and also Dromana Football Netball Club for Reserves & Seniors Men's footy.
Heathers entire career has been as a nurse and is continuing to care for people with their health needs using IV therapies.
IV by the SEA Receptionist: Jess Stepanavicius
Jess is the front of house/receptionist at IV by the SEA and is the daughter of Heather Step.
Jess has a range of experience in different work places and takes pride in her customer service. She has a passion in wanting to help others and make people feel comfortable and relaxed.
